Covly is an AI-powered cover letter and resume-tailoring tool for job seekers. You paste a job description and your resume into Covly, and it generates a tailored cover letter plus rewritten resume bullets targeted at that specific role. Covly also tracks your applications in one place so you can revisit and re-run them as your search progresses.

When you submit a job description alongside your resume, Covly sends both to our AI provider. The AI reads the role requirements and matches them to the strongest, most relevant experience and skills from your resume, then writes a cover letter that frames you as a fit for that specific job. Each output is regenerated per application — Covly does not rely on a single generic template.

Your resume content is stored against your Covly account so you can revisit and re-run applications. We do not sell your resume data, and we do not share resume content or application details with third parties other than the AI provider that generates your cover letters. You can request deletion of your resume and all application records at any time by emailing covly@polsia.app — we delete account data within 30 days.

The Free plan includes 1 stored resume, 5 tracked applications per month, 5 cover letters per month, basic AI resume insights (keyword match), copy-paste export, and email support. Pro ($15/month) adds unlimited tracked applications, unlimited cover letters, advanced AI resume insights (gap analysis and skill suggestions), PDF and DOCX export, an application history and status tracker, and priority support with 24-hour response.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no commitment and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan and your saved resumes and application history are preserved.

Free users get email support at covly@polsia.app. Pro users get priority support with a 24-hour response time on business days. For bugs or unexpected output, include the job title and a brief description of what you saw — that helps us reproduce and fix it faster.

Yes. Email covly@polsia.app from the address you signed up with and ask for account deletion. We delete your resume content and all stored application records within 30 days. We extend the protections of GDPR and CCPA to all users regardless of where you live.

On the Free plan you can paste resume text directly into Covly. On Pro you can upload PDF and DOCX resumes; we extract the text and use it to generate tailored cover letters and resume bullets. Exported cover letters and tailored resumes can be downloaded as PDF or DOCX on Pro, or copy-pasted on Free.

Covly generates plain text and standard DOCX/PDF output with a clean structure: clear section headings, plain bullet points, no images or unusual formatting, and standard fonts. This format is compatible with the major applicant tracking systems used by employers. We do not guarantee that any specific ATS will parse Covly output perfectly, but the output follows the conventions most ATS engines expect.

Covly output is AI-generated and a starting point, not a finished product. We recommend reviewing every cover letter and resume bullet before submitting it. You are responsible for the content you send to employers. Our Terms of Service make clear that AI-generated career materials are tools, not guarantees of any specific interview or job outcome.
